Blockhead is an American hiphop producer from Manhattan, New York. He's most associated with producing for the rapper Aesop Rock. He released 4 solo albums.
About 3 or 4 years ago I found the video of the song 'insomniac olimpics'. I listened to it a few times without favoriting it and never looked it up again.
A few days ago I had a hard time falling asleep. It was about 3 in the morning and all of the sudden the name of that song popped into my head and I looked it up on youtube. I listened to his music until I was finally tired enough to fall asleep.
I've downloaded all his albums and have been listening to them the past few days now and I can't get enough of it so I think you should really give this a try.
